Joti is a British-Indian actress who made her stage debut in 2014 at The Courtyard Theatre in ‘The Possibilities’ by Howard Barker. Joti has since performed in Romeo & Juliet (site specific), Sly Fox ( Park Theatre), Love & Information (Omnibus Theatre), Hang (The Courtyard), Hobson's Choice (Park Theatre) and The Effect (Omnibus Theatre).

Joti has also worked with ITV, BBC, Sky, Channel 4 on a range of films including  starring as Saba in ‘Saba’, screened at the LUMS Film Festival in Pakistan. Joti is articulate and versatile with various accents and is conversational in Hindi, Spanish and French.

An alumnus of award-winning IDSA, Joti has just played the feisty wife of the Vice-President (Surita) on a TV pilot and played female lead (Dipsha) in an independent film 'Tingle' about a single widow facing societal pressures and financial pressures whilst raising a young daughter.

Current projects involve a comedy web-series and a play 'Women Redressed' at Park Theatre as Amal (a Syrian refugee) showcasing the best of new writing probing our perception of gender. Joti is passionate about using her professional platform to raise the profile of British-Asian actresses within the industry.
